My current position is leading a team of engineers and supervisors from different departments/factories in order to follow the process oriented Project Management from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables for precast and prestressed concrete projects (Segments and girders for railway or road bridge superstructures, pedestrian bridges, overpasses, precast culverts, load bearing and cladding precast panels, precast columns, precast foundations, precast stairs, double tee slabs, single tee slabs, and hollowcore slabs).
My roles including but not limited to the following:
• Manage project communication with project stakeholders.
• Prepare schedules on a daily basis and distribute work among team members to meet project deadlines.
• Comply with corporate policies and regulations especially in regards to workers general safety at work.
• Review project’s team daily reports and report to the projects director on a regular basis.
• Execute and track project progress in accordance with the project schedule and report any deviations.
• Document all changes that have been requested or approved and report these changes to the project director.
• Seek approvals on any issues related to contract drawings and/or specifications.
• Manage submittals: obtain approvals from consultants as well as clients on undecided materials.
• Issue billing certificates based on progress/execution levels.
• Plan contingencies for potential risks and communicate alternatives with projects director.
I worked as a designer for many villas to be build in QATAR.
My job was design and full detailing for all types of buildings using AUTOCAD, SAP and EXCEL.
I was working as a site engineer in KHORSHID (LECICO FACTORY) .
Responsible for many works as excavation, casting different types of (foundations, slabs, beams, columns and retaining walls), finishing and survey works.
