Brief outline of the project
The owner/client of the project is residential apartment. It is a proposed
development and construction of the compressive and beautiful
design(G+4) with all fit out works/interior design.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing Projects right from the Inspection to Handover,
monitoring and updating the day to day work progress.
* Preparing BOQ for Villas, Commercial and High rise Apartment and
material requirement for the scheduled quantity of works
* Have an ability to plan, monitor and independently execute small
and large projects using the resources of the company and liaising
with external vendors and subcontractors.
* Reading engineering drawings for civil (architectural & structural
drawings), electrical, plumbing.
* Executing finishing works painting; PVC, Ceramic and carpet tiling;
Gypsum wall; Gypsum ceilings; Glass partitions; Interior/Exterior
cladding work; joinery works; electrical&plumbing works
* Experience in understanding and executing Civil works&
interior/exterior works
* Managing the labours, Meterials as per daily Planning schedule of
work.
* Site supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the
construction work is per the specifications and drawings
* Preparing of daily progress report and maintaining measurement
data book records
