I Am Working In Design Of Concrete & Steel Structures (Part Time) .

• Draft project programs as directed by the Line Manager and monitor the project in line with those programs.
• Monitor projects costs in line with the approved budget.
• Manage key projects issues as directed by the Line Manager.
• Assist the Project Management team in the management of consultants and contractors.
• Assist the Project Management team in the development and maintenance of a risk register.
• Assist the Project Management team in the delivery of contract administration services, as appropriate to the commission.
• Assist in managing the projects change control process as well the claims and variations.
• Portrays professional image to clients in person, in writing & via the telephone.
• Responds positively to the needs of customers, supervisors and colleagues.
• Assist in management and coordination of safety and quality effort for the project, utilizing safety and QC resources appropriately.
• Establish work plan, budget and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment and assignment of project personnel.
• Assist PM in Coordination of information and activities among estimating, financial and construction as well as subcontractors, vendors, governmental personnel and project superintendent, ensuring proper communication flow Processing correspondence, and documentation as necessary.
• Assist in preparation of project status reports, including updated cost projections and schedules for project review and input to marketing, estimating, sales, management and customer

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.

• Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions.
• Liaise with the Customer Representative for the conduct of day-to-day Quality related activities. Verification of testing equipment (Measuring Monitoring Devices) related to the job as per requirements.
• Verify correct materials are utilized for the works carried out
• Ensure fulfillment of all inspection & test requirements at all stages as per the Contract requirements.
• In process and Final Inspection of all civil jobs carried out at site/yard in coordination with Client/Third Party Inspector.
• Preparing Documentation and compile test packs for all jobs to meet client requirements and as per specification.
• Advice Service Contract personnel in taking appropriate corrective & preventive action on NCR.
• Preparing method statement & inspection test plan as per the project specification.
• Conducting various training program for the foreman, site engineer in order to provide the knowledge of the work activity as per the project requirement to get the good quality at site

• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing reports as required;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
