• Projects:
o 1009 Villas (902 Row-houses all precast + 107 Separated villas Cast in Situ and precast)/ AKOYA OXYGEN Community- Dubai.
o 540 Villas and Town-houses (Precast and cast in situ)/ AKOYA PARK Community- Dubai.
• Responsibilities:
o Ensuring that all material and shop drawing matches the Green building & sustainability requirements.
o Providing architectural shop drawings and details.
o Checking technical information for all materials as per vendor’s list and the specifications for each discipline and find equivalent/alternative materials.
o Reviewing the subcontractors shop drawings.
o Coordinating between the architectural, civil and electromechanical disciplines.
o Preparing Tender Documents (The B.O.Q, Drawings, and specifications for subcontractors).
o Providing all technical support in site problems.
o Providing all required data and information of the variation orders to QS and contract team.
o Reviewing the sub-contractor’s invoices.
o Preparing all sort of submittals (RFI, Technical, Material submittals, Monthly Report...etc.).
o Attending the weekly and technical meetings and handling the correspondences.
o Following up the progress on site, and compare it with the approved time schedule
• Projects:
o Technical Manager: H.H.Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed commercial building on Almuror road- 13 floors.
o Senior Technical Engineer: Construct of a 32-storeies Residential (Al Reem Sea side) Tower,
• Responsibilities:
o Ensuring that all material and shop drawing matches Estidama & sustainability requirements.
o Providing architectural shop drawings and details.
o Checking technical information for all materials as per the vendor’s list and the specifications for each discipline and find equivalent/alternative materials.
o Reviewing the subcontractors shop drawings.

o Complex of four villas in Khalifa city A - SE 14 - Plot 68.
*Construct of a 34-storeies Hotel Tower, a 32-storeies Residential Tower, and a 32-storey Office Tower.
*Structural works \[tension & comp. piles, retaining walls, pipe jacking, post tension, capping beams, PERI & DOKA Formwork.
*finishing works for basement and deck coating system.
*Landscape and external works, and swimming pool on the upper floors.
*Construction of villas complexes in New Cairo- Cairo- Egypt.
