• Responsible for driving growth of Ophthalmology business Unit in 30 Countries (international markets CIS, Asia & Africa) via marketing, registration & in-licensing of new compounds.

• June 2010 till now responsible for both product planning and product marketing.
• This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Sales managers, to deliver winning products. Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Responsible for Derma line (Systemic Antiviral - Topical Antiviral - Antifungul - Wound Healing Agents) - Bone Line (Osteoporosis) - CVS line (Angina Nitrates - Hypertension) - Chest line (Common Cold - Anti-tussive - Antibiotic).
Responsible for Bone, Anti-rheumatic, franchise in Gharbia, (3 Lines/ 10 Reps.).
Ranked on Top 5 District managers for Sales Achievement 110% Vs Target 2009 for Bone Line Sales.
Certified as Best Captainship Award as team leader (Deliver Highest team productivity with all team Ranked as A representatives in 2008)
