Applebee’s: Applebee's® Neighborhood is an American company which develops, franchises, and operates the Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar restaurant chain. Which has currently 8 outlets in Qatar. Successfully done IT setup and database creation of Micros for one location. (Ezdan Mall)
Burger King: Burger king is a QSR outlet which has currently 24 outlets in Qatar. Successfully done the IT Setup for two locations (Industrial Area - Doha and Mirqab Mall -Doha)
CCTV Impplementation: Successfully installed centralized security system in all QSR outlets.
Office 365 Migration: Successfully migrated 125 mailboxes from Local exchange to Microsoft Exchange.

Johnny Rockets: Johnny rockets is a QSR outlet which has currently 14 outlets in UAE. Successfully done the IT Setup for four locations (Deerfield Mall - Abudhabi, Eastern Mangroves - Abudhabi, Yas Island and RAK Marina - RAS Al Khaima)
Café Rouge: French Bistro Restaurant - Setup IT Infrastructure for the first outlet outside UK. Successfully done the IT setup for the launch in UAE. (Madinat Jumeirah)
Tucano Coffee: Coffee shop- Setup IT Infrastructure for the first outlet outside UK, for the launch in two different location in UAE. (Ras Al Khima and Yas island- Abudhabi)
Tally Integration: To avoid manual intervention, successfully implemented an interface which fetches the sales and purchase details from the POS system to flow in automatically into Tally ERP.
Saapad Implementation: Successfully migrated the existing application (NCR- Aloha) to Sapaad for all the existing outlets. Created the database and setup the inventory process.
Security: Implemented McAfee Data Loss Prevention system for all the users across the group to enhance security for business-critical data and user data.
Office 365 Migration: Successfully migrated 72 mailboxes from Local exchange to Microsoft Exchange.
I have completed Computer Science and MCITP, CCNA, A+ & N+. The above mentioned all I have certified. CCNP Course completed and waiting for a chance to attend the examination.
