Performs HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical Works
Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, electrical wirings and equipment
Installation of several types of Air Conditioning units (e.g. Window AC, Split
AC)
Perform wet servicing of AC units including checking of refrigerants
pressure/volt ampere and unit’s condition.
Performs PPM (monthly, quarterly, annually - depending on the schedule) of
HVAC equipment.
Replace, fixed and repair condenser fan motors and evaporator motors
Monitor, performs readings, record unusual observation and report to the
concern Supervisor.
Abide/follow company policies on Safety (HSE) and procedures in the
performance of each

 Perform operates (HMI) (PLC)(MOTOR CONTROLS) Operations.
 Troubleshoot chiller compressor: (reciprocating, rotary, screw, hermetic)motors, contactors, relays, sensors electrical wirings.
 Installation of several types of Air Conditioning units (e.g. Window type AC, Split type AC, sensors, and switches.
 Perform wet servicing of Condenser, evaporator coils including checking of refrigerant pressure, temperature, volt, ampere and unit’s condition.
 Performs Preventive maintenance monthly, quarterly, annually depending on the schedule of HVAC equipment.
 Respond emergency calls coming from( CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM) and do troubleshoot, corrective maintenance for the involved units.
 Replace, fixed, and repair condenser fan motors, capacitor, relays, and evaporator motors, fan belts, filters, etc.
 Monitor, performs readings, record unusual observation and report to the concerned Supervisor.
 Abide/follow company policies on Safety (HSE) and procedures in the performance of each job.
 Perform insulation test of compressor, motors, electrical wirings.

Test Run and Monitoring/Maintenance of Fire Pump System, Control System
(Main Pump Motor/Jockey Pump Motor).
Dismantling, installing primary pump motors and secondary pump motors of
Chillers cooling system
Troubleshooting/fix and repair contactors and electrical board system
Operate Caterpillar Generator (500KVA/400KVA)
Operate York and Trane Chillers
Repair and replace and cubicles from Production area.
Performs minor welding works, spotting damaged cubicles etc.
Repairing and replacement of bearings of motor pumps.
Operate AHU
Monitoring/Maintenance of UPS, ATS, Fire Alarm System, MDP, DP and
Transformer.
Performs wiring installation and other electrical works.
Performs plumbing works, such as pipe repairing, installation of faucet,
removal of blockage. Fixed and repairs toilet accessories and device (handwash,
wash basin etc.).
Lineman/Groundman: NONECO

 Sticking, Dressing, Wire Pay Out, Post Alignment, Perform House Wiring, Install of Transformer, Final Enter connect, Energize.

 In charge of monitoring and inspection of machines/ Equipment like Filler, Pasteurizer, Soaker, Packer.
 Maintain the good quality of the product inside the Production area.

 Replace of busted lights in the supermarket.
 Installation of lights, switch, and outlets.
 Attend to other requests as may be assigned by the Store Supervisor.

 Maintain the building well in operation.
 Fix and repair damage equipment.

 Responsible in operating machines/equipment used in
The packaging process.
 Performs machine set-up and conversion.
 Maintenance of the conveyors of the whole packaging line, including motors.
