Advertising the required positions in internal/external websites.
Screening the candidate as per the qualifications and our requirements.
Interviewing the candidates.
Approving the offer letters and providing approvals for sending it to candidates.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Prepare organizational chart based on the requirements and current head count.
Explaining human resource policies, procedures, laws and standard to new and existing employees
Informing newly hired of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, Schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process, organizing/ screening resumes/job applications, sourcing candidates using job portals
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
