IT site support engineer with TechZone Company supporting client Offices (Honeywell) in Egypt and Iraq
Role Responsibilities
Installing Operating system to computers (Windows 10) through MDT or OSD
Maintenance to software and hardware for computers, network and printers issues
First line support for Business systems issues and follow up escalation to next level of support
Managing Stock room for IT assets and maintain assets functionality and availability
Contact person with Suppliers and vendors to ensure the continuity of IT services including ISPs, Mobile Carriers, Mobile and Computers suppliers
Follow Honeywell Global IT Management roles and compliance campaigns
1. Installation and maintenance of different types of Printers.
2. Installation and maintenance of computer applications.
3. Installation and maintenance of computer operating systems.
4. Administration of network (managing group policies and active directory).
