QA/QC Activities :

 Responsible for corporate QA/QC manager for coordinating project quality matters.
 Reporting to the project manager for implementing the project Quality Plan and supervision of projects works to ensure that installation, testing and commissioning are carried out in the correct manner.
 Responsible for coordinating with main contractor’s Quality Manager to obtain approval of quality system documentation related to the Project.
 Preparing inspection requests received from respective engineers.
 Check work has been done in the site as per approved shop drawing, method statement, specification and manufacturer’s instructions.
 Listing of Snags in MEP services and implementing to clear the snags on top priority basis.
 To check quantity of material, make, model and accessories are as per the material submittal.
 Preparing Site observation report and issuing it to concerned engineers.
 Preparation of log for inspection request, NCR, Drawing and Material.
 Ensure that the calibrated equipment’s are used in the site and maintain the record for the same.
 To close out the NCR which is issued by the consultant or main contractor?
 Coordinate with the engineers & consultant to close out the NCR.
 Distribute approved shop drawing and method statement to the respective department.
 Initial installation MEP materials inspection with main contractor and consultants
 First fix inspection of False ceiling grid closure, wall closure and second fix final inspection ceiling closure done as per approved shop drawings

 To handling the E & M construction activities in UGS & OGS stations.
 Site coordination with Consultants to advice the subcontractor.
 To revise Atkins design Shop drawing as per the site conditions.
 Due to site condition apply for the CIS or FCR to revise the shop drawings.
 Every week have the site progress meeting with Systra/Parsons.
 As per the shop drawings give details to Subcontractor, how to planning the site activities.
 To handling E & M special lighting installation in stations PSD (Boom lighting ) & flying carpet, Leaf panel lighting and testing & commissioning at OGS and UGS in Red & Green line station
