Reporting to the project manager for implementing the project Quality Plan and supervision of projects works to ensure that installation, testing and commissioning are carried out in the correct manner.
Responsible for coordinating with main contractor’s Quality Manager to obtain approval of quality system documentation related to the Project.
Preparing inspection requests received from respective engineers.
Check work has been done in the site as per approved shop drawing, method statement, specification and manufacturer’s instructions.
Listing of Snags in MEP services and implementing to clear the snags on top priority basis.
To check quantity of material, make, model and accessories are as per the material submittal.
Preparing Site observation report and issuing it to concerned engineers.
Preparation of log for inspection request, NCR, Drawing and Material.
Ensure that the calibrated equipment’s are used in the site and maintain the record for the same.
