• Managing a team of over 20 staffs, and supervising the Service Provider consisting of over 300 staffs for a mixed-used property consisting of Shopping Mall, Residential Apartments and four 5-star luxurious Hotels at the Royal Clock Tower located in Makkah
• Worked alongside with several service providers like Saudi services, Honeywell, Schneider, Al Fanar, ABTC, Thyseen Krupp, KONE, Electro power and Al Mynmanah.
• Responsible to oversee day to day operations & maintenance of Hard and Soft Services within the facility such as Electrical Medium & Low Voltage, Hydraulics & Plumbing Systems, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Suppression Systems, Low Current Systems (BMS, Fire Detection, SCADA, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address), Chiller Plant Services, Elevators & Escalators etc.
• Plan & Approve periodic preventive & predictive maintenance, and ensure emergency maintenance support availability
• Coordinate work and repair schedules, assigned balanced workloads, inspect completed work to validate conformance to specifications and standards.
• Plan & Execute Planned Maintenance Schedule to automate work tasks on Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Supervising & managing team schedule to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the specified KPI schedule.
• Continuous enhancement of staff development program, motivate staff in self-development, and perform staff reviews periodically.
• Ensure all government legislative and safety compliance are in check at all times in all areas of work.
• Ensure all emergency procedures are in place and complied with ensuring escalation procedures are followed during 24/7 operations.
• Develop plan, approve and execute new projects and assignments within the delivery time and budget without constraints.
• Directed tenant improvements to meet contractual demands and maintaining KPI's
• Providing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
• Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards. Making out of the percentage of work completed and issuing the IPC of the contractor on monthly basis.
• Verifying work permit submitted by service providers, Sorting out client problems
• Verifying building supervisor’s daily report and reporting service provider about problem to resolve.

• Conducting Fire life and safety test in the hotel.
• Implement and maintain QC processes throughout the Zone
• Train new employees and coach existing employees.
• Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance, etc.)
• To general people management, property/assets safety & systems operational management.
• Conducting weekly audits on documents submitted by service provider
• Attending weekly meeting with service provider, team members and client.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Mechanical systems (Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Chilled Water Piping and HVAC)
•IBM-Maximo works.
✓ Preparation of the Corrective maintenance work orders.
✓ Preparation of the Preventive maintenance work orders.
✓ Rectify the client request problems.
•Supervise and monitor the site labour force through General Technician and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
•Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical
•Coordinate with client and understand their problem and short out
•Attending Weekly meeting with Section Manager

•Preparation of Material Submittals after thorough review in accordance with Project Specifications and sending them for approval.
•Prepared the System that will control the Materials from Material Requisition stage to Delivery Stage
•Preparation of the payment certificate as per the material consumption
•Manage and monitor material deliveries
•Co-ordinate contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
