 Coordinating with the Tool house dispatcher to expedite materials & follow up with Pending materials
 Managing & coordinating with the Tool house for all types of drilling materials transfers and arranging transportations as per the requirement.
 Managing the paperwork, Verifying incoming and outgoing materials & report any discrepancies & preparing backload manifest for any cargo leaving the rig including hazardous, non-hazardous, bulk materials and fuel, etc.
 Working with SAP (Oracle) system, internet explorer, outlook & MS Office, checking Electronic Goods Receipts & scanning & attaching support documents in SAP, etc.
 Maintaining &Managing computer and manual filing systems and records.
 Updating paperwork information into databases. Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of the records.
 Completing flight manifest for all crew and coordinating logistics of helicopter.
 Coordinating with the agent (GAC) and obtaining coastguard clearances for all crew movements to or from the rig.
 Organizing travel by booking for accommodation, transportation (flight & cars), and reservation needs as required.
 Preparing room and lodging assignments and tracking any changes
 Maintaining office equipment as needed & monitoring stocks of office supplies and reorder when necessary.
 Physically checking and Updating Drill Bits & Tools inventory periodically & arranging for maintenance of the equipment’s according to requirements.
 Submitting daily, weekly & monthly reports to division secretary & division head as required.
 Attending safety meetings/safety drills
 Handling incoming calls and other official communications such as Radios etc.
 Perform any other required tasks assigned by the superiors.
