• Attending telephone call and enquires from customer proper manner give best customer service
• Handling customer paying receiving Bill
• Preparing Quotation & invoices LPO’s
• Accordingly booking reservation basic dispatching cars time to time
• Responsible from base Limousine car in & out timing and kilometers each car basis monitoring.
• Attending car repairs & accidentals damage accordingly chauffeurs reports entering system keeping records proper manner.
• Accordingly car period basis submitting Insurance & registration (Mulkia) report to Management.
• Submitting daily basic each day Operation report to Management.
• Preparing Next Day Service Reports and Chauffeur Duty Schedule.
• Experience of driving some of the major luxury brand cars, e.g. Mercedes, GMC, BMW.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE roads and Road Transport Authority (RTA-Dubai) rules.
• Efficient, smart, reliable and hardworking.
• Confident and capable of working on own initiative under strict deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and grasp work quickly.
• Responsible for all kind cash & credit paying receiving translation
• Attending customer proper manner give best customer service

• Submitting daily basic each day sales report to accounts department & deposit money to bank
