Dealing with the stock.

Checking the products and labels on the shelves.
Making requests for more items which are fast-selling.
Maintaining the quality of the store checking all shelves, floor, tills, warehouse and office.
Dealing with new products we receive.
Maintaining the warehouse, and weekly stock count.
Serving customers promptly to the correct and best customer standards.
To make sure all staff is present and properly clocked in, call the absent staff and write details in the absent book.
Maintaining the front counter
Help the First Assistant Manager with the weekly Rota.
Dealing with primary customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction all the time.
Maintaining the quality of the store as well as the quality of the service to bring out the value of a best customer service.
Dealing with the back stock.
Weekly stock counting.
Dealing with new employees.
Handling customers and assist with their purchase.
Leading the staff and control the staff positions during the shift.
Taking delivery with the help of another staff or alone at times.
Dealing with products on shelves, fillings and labels.
Checking if the “Currently Out of Stock” labels are correctly placed and dated.
Making reports about the fast moving and slow moving products in store up to date.
Dealing with store and in closing time, waste the excess meat through the system accurately.
Contributes to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Helping the Manager and the Store Manager with the merchandising plans.
Training new employees.
Maintains a quality service by enforcing best customer standards.
Review the work of all staff.
Dealing with staff complaints to the Managers.
