The specific responsibilities include:
• Ensure direct contact with various types of customers.

The specific responsibilities include:
• Selling banking multi products, maximizing accounts profitability through cross selling bank's
other products such as personal loans, credit cards and identifying business opportunities by
listing new companies. Handling customer queries and providing feedback. In all opening Pay
roll accounts in Corporate, Salary and Marketing Banking Products, Developing relations with
Customers.
• I am working on a system called FICO when I input all customer details related to credit
• Dealing with multiple nationalities clients: Asian, European and Middle Eastern.
• Well known defects of the competition to inform our prospects on how we do business better.
• Dealing with customer service issues. Managing client relations to promote long-term
relationships.
• Responsible for implementing best customer service practices to improve sales channels and
minimize customer complaints.
• Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities and competitors.
