Continuously monitor stock availability for promotional items/ placing management orders if necessary

Analyzing and planning outlet sales levels and profitability
Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Coordinating the entire operation of the outlet during scheduled shifts

Checking, Following up stock taking procedures weekly basis with stock controller
Arranging and maintaining ware house according to first in first out basis
