•Attend and encode all guest requests & complains.
•Handle the daily operation in the Business Center assist and anticipate guest needs / request. With the professional manner.
•Any comments from the Guests, Take action & Encode it to the Star Guest System and the following- up with the Guest accordingly.
•Assisting Guest with ticketing, reconfirmation, changing dates and rerouting flight.
•Handling Guest requests/complains with regards to the services in the hotel.
•Answer/attend general incoming calls enquires /requests at the call center in Professional manner.
•Record and give wake-up calls.
•Project a good image of the hotel by establishing good P.R through the telephone.
•Assist guests when necessary e.g. calling for doctor, obtaining the telephone number etc.
•Handle fire-alarm procedure and guests complains.
•Monitor performance of correct telephone operating procedures.
•Train the New Joiners to follow the Brand standard.
