• Daily Stock replenishment analysis and Order creation for all suppliers
• Following up orders with suppliers, expediting the supply of backorders as possible.
• Creating, reviewing Inventory reports and applying required actions.

-Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
-Take product orders from customers.

- Read catalogs or computer displays to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
- Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
-Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
-Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
-Prepare sales or other contracts.
-Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
-Assist customers, such as responding to customer complaints and updating them about back-ordered parts.
-Explain technical product or service information to customers.
-Locate and label parts and maintain inventory of stock.
-Monitor inventories of products.
-Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged systems.
-Stock parts.
-Pick up and deliver parts.
-Arrange delivery of goods
-Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment.
-Advise customers on the use of products

Work Duties at Aswan cement plant :
a- process Engineer
b-procurement Engineer.
c- Research and development.
d-Document controller.
Responsibilities:
1- Monitoring the Specific power and fuel consumption on regular basis and making plan to achieve the target.
2- Daily production report.
3- Inventory Control of raw materials, intermediate and final products inside and outside the Plant area on a daily basis.
4- Develops specifications and performance test requirements to facilitate procurement of parts and equipment: Analyses technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.
5- Consults with engineering personnel to establish performance criteria and specifications for manufacturing and testing.
6- Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.
7- Helping in solving complex problems like cement color problem.
8- Reviews and study all major projects like changing the firing system to coal, creating 3rd grinding plant … etc .
9- Representing the company in all related technical matters of high significance.
10- Responsible for introduction of new technology enhancement into the research area.
11- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
12- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
13- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff
15- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
16- Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
responsible for inspecting all engines & cars spare parts before allowing them to be sold at the Egyptian Market.
responsible for testing ( using different methods, like hardness, chemical analysis, ultrasonic testing ) for engines parts like camshaft, crank shaft, cylinder block, valves
