• Acting as IT Manager in all aspects including resource allocation and schedule planning, IS service lifecycle improvement, company-wide orientation.

• Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
• Performance reviews for my team members through the monthly meeting and each 2 quarters in the corporate evaluation cycle.
• Senior Systems Engineer with the added responsibilities of project consultancy and team leader and critical customer support.
• Handling all systems infrastructure, which include systems and network management and security, systems design, configuration, programming, total system integration, testing, installation and commissioning of software solutions.
• Maintaining the safety and efficiency of all systems infrastructure
• Managing production data center including 100+ server and 50+ network device, technical support for 1000+ users applying extensive experience in supporting users ensuring their satisfaction regarding their machines, network and development environment.
• Monitoring all production servers and services in addition to Cisco ISE, Cisco NAC, WLC (Wireless LAN Controllers), access points, IP Phones, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco routers, ASA, Fortinet firewall, Peplink (WAN Load balancers), Core and edge switches in Cairo and Dubai (Disaster Recovery location).
• Planning and designing for Disaster recovery and making simulations for the worst cases of catastrophic circumstances.
• Managing MS Exchange 2003-2016, Office 365, MS Lync and skype for business, MS SharePoint 2003-2013, FTP server, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory Services NT-2016 (DNS, DHCP, and DC), and MS SQL server 2000-2014
• Managing Office 365 services (along with its backup), Symantec Antivirus, Backup exec to ensure periodically backup and restore processes.
• Virtualizing all physical production servers (Hyper-V 2008-2016).
