Scope: Manage and supervise the different projects
at company sites such as :-
- Upgrading the pneumatic control system of Gemsa process plant
to be PLC system monitored by SCADA System.
- Installing Explosion Proof Lighting at Gemsa field offshore
Platform
- Installing four High masts 20 meter at Gemsa Field Process Plant.
- Installing Synchronization system between the diesel generators (3
generators) to overcome the peak period during oil shipping as the
high pressure pumps working.
- Build a Cooling Room for meat and vegetables handling at Gemsa
Field.
- Replace the Ventilation system of FPSO Zaafarana Tanker Engine
room at Suez Gulf - Red Sea.
- Install a sound proof container for Zaafarana swimming pool
generator Cat-3508 equipped with fire alarm and fighting system
and synchronize the generator to work in parallel with the existing
main generating units of the FPSO.
- Install complete Fire and Gas new panel for the FPSO Zaafarana
tanker and replacing some of the old sensors.
- Installing an explosion proof Container equipped with complete
fire alarm and fighting system for C-32 generator at Zaafarana
Offshore platform and upgrade the medium voltage network by
adding a new transformer explosion proof instead of the old one
and connect the system with the existing power network via sub-
marine cable through synchronization and load sharing panel.
- Installing PLC Troubleshooting, Upgrading SCADA Telemetry
Communication System at Zaafarana Field.
- Installing fire fighting system at Gemsa Field Process Plant
completed with two main diesel fire fighting pumps (sea water)
and foam bladder tank for fire fighting and sprinkler system for the
crude oil storage tanks.
- Installing Lightning protection system at Gemsa on shore plant and
at zaafarana tanker and its offshore platform.
- Install UPS devices for the Telecommunication system of the
company headquarter building.
- Installing 2 MW marine generator, and replacing the old
switchboard with new main switchboard at Zaafarana FPSO to
upgrade the electrical power network and synchronize/load
sharing the loads for the new generator with the existing Bergen’s
generating units.
- Replacing about 600 Tons of steel plates for Zaafarana FPSO in
med-ship section inside the water ballast tanks No. 3 P & 3S.
- Installing 500 Kw Wakesha Gas generator and step UP/down
power transformer at Gemas Field.
- Instilling of New SCADA system for the Gemsa field process
firefighting system to be fully monitored and controlled from the
main control room of the production process area.
- Installing of two VSD with four power transformers at Zaafarana
offshore Platform to control and protect the starting of the ESP of
the production wells.
- Upgrading the electrical power network of Gemsa Field by
replacing the old synchronization SWITCHBOARD with new one to
accommodate three generators (Gas Generator + 2 Diesel
Generators) and install one Caterpillar Generator C-32 as stand by
unit.
- Upgrading the fire detection system of Gemsa field accommodation
camp
- Supervise the construction works for new accommodation building
for Gemsa field employees.
- Upgrading the lighting high masts of the process plant using new
LED fixtures to secure safe and clear vision for the employees
during night shifts.
- Supervise the installation of new explosion proof fire detection and
alarm system for Gemsa field production platform.

Medium voltage networks replacing the old 6.3 KV system and
install a 11 KV new power medium network (6 Loops) two
distribution switchboards and 16 power transformers
Low voltage networks yard lighting, street lighting poles and
high masts 20 & 30 meter long.
Infrastructure of the communication networks man holes and
laying cables and installing the monitoring system.
Diesel Generators stations, ATS & UPS Systems
Preparing and review plan drawings and as built drawings etc.
