Payroll & salaries, Leaves and indeminty, benefits and deductions, attendance and as a large corporation we have many subsidizers over seas i also worked on their salary transfers, and all the previous aspects of the job
so although the job title is is a personnel officer i act more like an HR Officer

I used to take calls from agents who had good leads and convinced customers to close the deal.
