Prepared to extend 9 new Parameters to be 51 Total accredited
Parameters according to ISO 17025 Metrology and Assure all technical
Operations are in compliance with ISO 17025.

Technical Manager / Deputy Commander

 Improve MECC performance and extend its scope of accreditation.
 Manage technical activities of more than 70 engineers, technicians, and

 Manage production staff to achieve EAF calibration plan.
 Established & maintained all metrology engineering and calibration technical operations and repair associated with AC/DC, RF/Microwave, Physical Mechanical, & Optical/Dimensional calibration parameters/systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 QA standards
 Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, & directing resources to assure timely completion of high precision calibration standards workload in support of all EAF aircraft & support equipment requirements .
 Responsible for training & developing more than 40 engineers & technicians and maintaining records showing evidence of measurement proficiency and technical competency of all laboratory personnel.


RF/Microwave Branch Supervisor

EAF Metrology Engineering & Calibration Center, Cairo West Air Base
 Established & maintained all technical operations and repair associated with RF/Microwave calibration parameters/systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 QA standards
 Established Primary Calibration standards & measurement systems and repair in support of Time & Frequency, Attenuation, RF Power & other parameters.
 Established Secondary Calibration standards & measurement systems and repair in support of general & special purpose test equipment such as, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, spectrum analyzers, Tacan test sets & other equipment.



Calibration Laboratory Manager

• Established and managed a type IV and type II Air Force Calibration laboratory According to Environment Specifications.
• Performed calibration and repair engineering workload to maintain and support the traceability of calibration standards and calculations/evaluations to establish measurement uncertainties
