• Assist in the entire billing process and provide customer focused billing support for the contact centre operations.
• Oversee billing cycle and ensure generation of cycle reports and monitor cycle runs in order to ensure accuracy of bills.
• Incorporate tariffs plans and revisions and incorporate the same to run customer reports and identify Accounts Receivable
• Ensure all lines have been activated and/or reactivated after bill settlements by customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Call details Records (CDRs) management and processing.
• Perform individual/batch Provisioning from BSCS to Charging System (CS5/6) through Ericsson Multi-Activation Node (EMA)
• Fixing subscribers offers in BSCS, CS, SAPC, HSS, and all other network nodes.
• Oversee the complete service/contract provisioning life-cycle starting from BSCS to all other network nodes.
• Developing of web applications (using .NET frame work) that are integrated to the BSCS system and used by retail agent to perform some fixing actions that facilitate billing team tasks (eg. Web application which used to fix every internet problem with a single click).
• Developing of web applications that are integrated to the BSCS to distribute MSISDNs to retail supervisors.
• Configuration and monitoring of web services between BSCS and Wincash.
• Configuration and operation of License, logistics, back-office, configurator and sales modules of the Wincash system.
• Barcode types and Articles management and configuration in the back-office module in the Wincash system.
• Customer details (banks, cities, groups, etc …) management and configuratins in the back-office module in the Wincash system.
• Financial settings (currencies, accounts, means of payment, etc..) management and configuration in the back-office module in the Wincash system
• Suppliers, inventory, and logistics managements and configuration in the back-office module in the Wincash system.
• Configuration of discount, price list and offers in the back-office module in the Wincash system.
• Cash drawers, department, languages and all other detailed terminal management and configuration in the back-office module in the Wincash system.

• Sales module configuration (integration of web services between Wincash system and BSCS).
• Assisting shop supervisors in using sales modules features (eg. submission or cancellation of payment and doing sim-swap from Wincash side)
• Monitoring and supervising of the whole articles and serials life cycle starting from logistics store till the articles and serial distribution in standalone warehouses.
• Configuration and management of Dealer Management System (DMS) that used to do whole sales of the articles and goods from main logistics warehouse to individual Wincash retailers.
• Monitoring and configuration of the staging tables between DMS and ERP systems and those between Wincash and ERP systems.
• Currently working on a major project in which Charging and Billing In One (CBIO 2.1 which is composed of BSCSIX3 and CS5) is uplifted from current version CBIO 2.1 to CBIO 3.1 (CBIO 3.1 is composed of BSCSIX4 and CS6).
