Conduct operational training (Product Knowledge, Sales & Soft skills Training) for Nissan, Infiniti, Renault sales teams.
Design, develop and update training material, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material
Prepare training schedule as per the Al-Babtain Group training calendar and training needs analysis.
Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the Al-Babtain Group staff
Administer assessment tests for job applicants and employees.
Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the work place.
Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly
Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to the training coordinator.
Research the market for training outsourcing and recommend solutions.
Organize the national contest for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault Brands.
Coach and Train national contestant for regional contest through GCC.
Create an induction plan for new employees and follow it through preparation period.
Participate at customer experience activities though the Group. (Employees Evaluation, Reporting, Couching and developing ).
Organize and conduct training for social communities ( Young Kuwaitis, Injaz Kuwait, The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training - PAAET Kuwait)

Use effective sales and soft-skill communication techniques to convince the customers
with our services and products
Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products
effectively to acquire new business.
Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
Update Kerridge system with changes and the status of each customer/prospective
customer
Providing feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and
procedures of the customer service department.
Arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages, brochures etc. to clients
and other interested parties.

Interact with customers and potential customers to build customer’s interest in the
services and products offered by the company.
Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities.
Monthly financial statement close work completed in accordance with closing schedule.
Active participation and contribution in all required audits, cost reporting and tax filings; audit,
cost report and tax return lists to be completed by established deadlines.
Active participation and contribution in the annual fiscal budget process and financial projections
throughout fiscal year; utilize budget software to create budgets and forecasts; provide analysis
and project future results; conversion of budget into general ledger system.
Take the lead in coordination of accounts payable month closing process, handling accounting
issues and answering accounting questions for Business office personnel.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing
account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling
transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance;
reconciling entries.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss,
and other statements.
Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished
product.Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing
information for auditors.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks.
