 Conduct operational training (Product Knowledge, Sales & Soft skills Training) for Nissan, Infiniti, Renault sales teams.
 Design, develop and update training material, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material
 Prepare training schedule as per the Al-Babtain Group training calendar and training needs analysis.
 Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the Al-Babtain Group staff
 Administer assessment tests for job applicants and employees.
 Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the work place.
 Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly
 Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to the training coordinator.
 Research the market for training outsourcing and recommend solutions.
 Organize the national contest for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault Brands.
 Coach and Train national contestant for regional contest through GCC.
 Create an induction plan for new employees and follow it through preparation period.
 Participate at customer experience activities though the Group. (Employees Evaluation, Reporting, Couching and developing ).
 Organize and conduct training for social communities ( Young Kuwaitis, Injaz Kuwait, The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training - PAAET Kuwait)
