• Verification for the design data of all static equipment at the facility of PHPC against the line designation table and the Manufacturing data sheet.

• Analyses of all inspection history data and map out areas of deterioration for all static equipment, which may affect the integrity of the asset.

• Verify the piping isometrics against the actual condition at site.

• Establishment of the inspection plan required to show the actual condition of the assets (Corrosion mapping campaign) and identifying the corrective actions needed to ensure the integrity of the static equipment and their fitness for service.

• Performs inspections on pressure vessels to assess their condition and identify any defects, degradation, or signs of corrosion. By using techniques such visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and liquid penetrant testing to evaluate the vessel's integrity.
• Conduct the static equipment design calculations and remaining life assessment.

• Set up the STP for the CUI campaign for all insulated static equipment and piping.

• Reporting all defects or anomalies identified during inspections and assessing their severity and determines the appropriate corrective actions.

• Coordination with the engineering services department to ensure all resources are available and the inspection requirements are met.

• Provide contractors with the proper tools, equipment, documents and work instructions to guarantee all tasks performed as per company approved quality and safety standards in a timely and efficiently manner

• Responsible for the anomaly management system as well as initiation of Service requests for corrective actions required according to inspection reports
• Organize QA/QC Documentation, and Ensure Keeping Record for all Assets Inspection Reports, Repairs and modifications

• Compiling all assets into an asset register.

• Collecting POF from Corrosion specialists.

• Collecting COF from operation, Production and safety teams.

• Follow up Advanced NDE techniques as PAUT, PEC, PRT, etc…

• Have the performing authority to initiate permit to work as well as conducting the JSA along with safety and operation departments.
