• Managed and supervised all on-site engineering activities (drawings and materials
approval, BOQ preparation and approval, construction and fit out works, MEP, work
inspection and snagging, and handing over at the end), for a diverse portfolio of
commercial and residential fit-out projects.
• Delivered Projects within timeline and budget without compromising on quality, for
high-profile clients including Abajur Gallery, NUBCO Cure Lab, Pia Studio, JANNAT
Real Estate Investment, JZL Real Estate Investment, and multiple facilities within the
Four Seasons Hotel, Kimpton Hotel, RER headquarters, and ABM Olayan.
• Played a key role in the engineering team for large-scale Projects such as CUBE
RESIDENCE, and the Public Health Authority.
• Achieved on-time handovers including ALASEEL, ZID, and others.
• Resolved design conflicts early, reducing rework and variation orders.
• Coordinated MEP/ID interfaces and ensured compliance with SBC and NFPA.

• Provided on-site engineering support for the Riyadh Sky event, working on Hellenika
restaurant (Riyadh Water Tower) and Clap restaurant (Al Majdoul Tower) fit outs.
• Collaborated with main contractors Sela and PROLINE to meet critical project
milestones.

• Gained practical experience in civil engineering principles and on-site construction
management.
