Post- Contracts
Assists PM and PCM in the preparation and evaluation of monthly interim certificates,
company’s; subcontractors’, and suppliers.
Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, documents and comparing with
contracts’
Assists PM and PCM in preparing Monthly Progress-Costs Reports.
Collects information from Production Department and storekeeper for performing accurate
cost and progress reports.
Assists PM and PCM in evaluating and agreeing contract variation orders.
Assists PM and PCM in contractual matters.

Prepares material schedule in coordination with the Planning engineer, the PM and the PCM
to be detailed and compatible with the contractual works schedule.
Controls and verifies all purchase orders, compare with invoices of received and accepted
materials in coordination with PQM, purchaser, and Storekeeper.
Measuring repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused etcA works or materials in
coordination with PQM.
Pre- Contracts
Finalizing the orders with suppliers & Subcontractors in coordination with Technical and
Commercial Teams.
Arrange required package Documents including drawings, BOQ, Specs, etc.
Technical and commercial discussion meetings with all bidders.
Review all submitted offers and ensure compatibility with scope requirements.
Negotiate subcontractors & Suppliers to obtain lowest prices and ensure compliance to
specification and scope of work.
Prepare a commercial comparison table to all submitted offers.
Prepare technical compliance statement to all bidder with Project spec requirements.
Subcontract Management
- Prepare Variation claims and Variation orders
- Prepare cost estimates as required.
- Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off for tenders.
- Prepare Reinforcement schedule for estimating
- Assist in estimation of direct costs for tenders.
- Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works.
- Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity.
- Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Preparation of payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Prepare monthly progress payments.
- Complete involvement in the construction of 14 Storey high-rise building from pile
cap construction till project hand over.
