Supervise, manage, track, applying standard installation specs, preparing shop drawings, executing work’s milestone for all MEP following works:
1- All Electrical networks & Equipment & Fixtures for Power and Lighting.
2- All Firefighting networks & Equipments & Fixtures for (FM200 and Water Wet Pipe System).
3- Complete Fire Alarm System: Networks Equipment & Fixtures for (Addressable Systems: Wireless & Wired).
4- All Plumbing Networks & Equipment & Fixtures for (Drainage, Sweet water, Hot water and Storm Water) systems.
5- All Telecom (Low Current) Networks & Equipment & Fixtures for (Data, CCTV, Door Access, Intrusion Detection, Public Address PA, IP TV, Audio Visual).
6- Gas Line Network & Equipment & Fixtures for (LPG System).
- Supervising our own electrical team for low current networks.
- Supervising the Sub-contractors for MEP works.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
• Installing the whole carton main production line and other manufacturing and finishing units.
• Participate in testing for the whole units before initiate the operation trials
• Participate in training for the machine operators and maintenance team.
• Executing the whole planet maintenance plane.
• Preparing my technician team for any expected troubles.
• Follow up the production strategy to make sure that the equipment and the machines is always prepared.
