Managing MSQCD (Management, Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery) parameters of Production line
Executing the production plan, managing schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between departments to expedite production
Ensuring the products are manufactured as per the manufacturing instructions on the batch cards & in-line with ISO paint manufacturing process
Co-ordinating with production planning dept for the effective batch planning to meet the delivery of products on stipulated time
Distributing work orders to departments, denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced

Monitoring production processes, identifying any defects / deviations & taking necessary corrective actions
Scrutinizing processes & field parameter of equipment’s to ensure adherence to production standards
Conducting & planning the training programs timely to enhance the technical skills of the production workers & supervisors
Planning and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules to increase the uptime and reliability of the equipment’s
Compiling reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to apprise production planning personnel of production delays
Maintaining inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production
Optimizing plant performance and track yield parameters to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the plant
Enforcing the safe working environment with zero injuries in compliance with internal policies and external legislation and conducting safety audits regularly to avoid accidents and loss to the company
Providing job rotation and multi skills talent for the employees for smooth production.
Analyzing Production Defects through 5W2H trouble shooting process
Ensuring with Team Leaders that the machines, equipment’s, tools and accessories are maintained properly
Daily conducting 5S audit inside the shop floor and ensuring strict compliance to safety and 5S by the employees
Planning and providing consumables according to budget and ensuring no compromise on safety of the employees
Use of ERP system of transfer of stocks / posting of finished goods in the stock
Preparing monthly reports on MSQCD and providing the reports to Factory Manager
Implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting ISO audits as internal auditor
