* Project Manager: Palm Hills - Golf Views, the project is Residential
Development, of Luxurious Villas, Consultant AAW
* QA/QC Manager: CHLEF Cement Plant (Algeria), the Project is for
production of Cement 6000 ton/day, which includes all Civil works required,
main Contractor FCB
* Construction Manager: Gulsan Project; the Project is for manufacturing
hygienic materials, which includes steel structure & Concrete works,
Consultant ECG
* Project Manager: L’Oreal Project; the project is a cosmetic plant owned by
L’Oreal and managed by SNC LAVALIN, a main building including the
production, storage, control units together with all the facility buildings which
includes different kinds of work activities; Concrete, Steel structure, finishes
and the accompanying Infrastructure works, includes steel structure &
Concrete works
* Project Manager (Part of the Project): SODIC Project; the project is
Residential development; Consisting of Luxurious residential buildings,
underground basement over the whole building area to be used as an
underground parking, recreational areas. Located at the Sixth of October city
within a unique luxurious compound, Consultant ECG
* QA/QC Manager: Al-Shabab Power Plant (1000 MW); the project is a power
plant consisting of 8 power islands with 8 generator pedestals and turbines,
auxiliary skids and buildings from lube oils, tanks and washing water. The

challenge was achieving the project in 6 months, Main Contractor KHARAFI
National and managed by PGESCO
* QA/QC Manager: Arabian Cement Company; the project is industrial
constructed over an area of 13.4 hectare intended to produce cement bagged
and bulk, Managed by RHI and designed by FL SCHMIDTH

site area of 19 Hectares in Tripoli, consists of 3, 4 and 5 stars hotels, high rise buildings
from 30 - 45 floors buildings, residential, retails and office buildings and shopping mall.

* Scope of work in the project:
- Executed local market research for the project
- Prepared and assisted in the project’s building permit preparation and approach
- Reviewed project plans, schedules, and execution preparation
- Coordinated work between contractors according to specifications and client
requirements
- Participated in preparation of the project plan manual according to the projects’
environment and location
- Participated in preparation of the sustainability development and approach outline
reports and follow-up plans
- Assisted in the preparation of the energy consumption saving plans and reports
- Attended meetings with the client for follow-up reasons
- Assisted the LDM team by identifying the feedback from the different parties
- Assisted the LPM by following the responsibilities matrix and completing the
different tasks assigned in relation to the different activities in the project
- Prepared the monthly report submitted to the LPM
