High polluted stream operation:
 Operating ATFD (Agitated Thin Film Dryer) equipment to convert the effluent/concentrate coming out of the plant to powder form using evaporation process.
 Operating Membrane bioreactors (MBR) to reduce the footprint of an activated sludge sewage treatment system by removing some of the liquid component of the mixed drugs.
 Operating single and multiple evaporators to evaporate a volatile solvent, usually water, from a solution
Low Polluted Stream Operation
 Operating RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant to desalinate water.
 Operating DM Water plant to demineralize water

 Using volumetric analysis techniques to check the strength of surface treatment chemicals.
 Conducting chemical experiments to determine various parameters of chemical samples.
 Preparing standard solutions, compounds and reagents needed for conducting the test in chemical laboratory.
 Analyze test information and recommend treatment modification.
 Present data analysis in tabular and graphical forms.
 Respond to inquiries and complaints; interview customers, collect samples and report findings.

Instruments and Apparatus:
 I used Babcock apparatus to find the strength of Sodium stearate (Lubricant).
 Dean and Stark apparatus to find the water content present in lube oil (Lubricant).
 pH meter to find the pH values of all chemicals.
 Optical emission Spectrometer to find the trace of metals present in alloys which is the raw material of automotive tubes.
