Currently working as Project Contract Manager responsible for the following tasks
• Oversee administration of Client Contracts, correspondences, change order preparation and negotiations, Extension of time claims
• Oversee administration of Subcontracts, correspondences and change order negotiations
• Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the procurement of Works and services, including negotiation of terms and conditions.
• Supervise administration of contracts: contract tracking sheets and Subcontract logs
• Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules for all major packages.
• Ensuring contractual notices and client entitlements are properly administered
• Advice information to appropriate employees regarding the contract agreement
• Agreement of Subcontract final accounts
• Track payments and deadlines.
• Analyze and mitigate risk

Duties & Responsibilities
A. Project Execution
• Coordinate Project Procurement and Engineering activities handled in Head Office.
• Co-ordinate with consultant ensuring smooth progress
• Allocate daily work responsibilities and resources.
• Monitor daily construction progress and prevent slippage.
• Prepare Monthly & Daily Reports of the project for Client.
• Prepare monthly internal Management Reports.
