-Provide full technical support during the construction phase
-Materials submitting & Shop drawings review, variation claims assessment
-Liaison with clients, local authorities and contractors.
-Responsible for all aspects of the Tendering process from receipt of inquiry, Contract review, preparation of Direct Costs, indirect Cost & handing over up to the Construction Team.
-Organize Estimation team for full submission requirement
-Good knowledge with HVAC, Firefighting system & familiar with chillers, VRF & generators
-Report and ensure accurate flow of information to the Top Management
-Studying tenders.
-Participate in planning & following up the progress of work to ensure the respect of work's standards, specifications, schedule and budget.
-Coordination with other trades (Arch., structure, plumbing and HVAC).
- Performing submittals, & following up all related correspondences of consultancy issues,
-Complying their offers based on prices and specifications suitability.
-Revising shop drawings.
-Monitor the progress of subcontractors and revising the relevant invoices & purchase orders.

- Pharma pack Factory (followed during tendering phase.)
-TI films factory.
-Sallab mall (Nasr City)
-Smart village power station.
-Dabur Egypt Factory. (10th of Ramadan city)
-Pharmed health care factory (Location: Sadat City.)
Project : Sonatrach Ensemble Parking ET Restaurant (SEPR)
Location: Algeria-Alger
- Familiar with French language for the electrical work
- Responsible for the electrical site activities of the following systems:
Lighting, power, fire and voice alarm, earthing, lightning protection, CCTV systems
- Delegate responsibility to General Foreman and site technicians
- Monitor the progress of Subcontractors and revising the relevant invoices & purchase orders.
- Communicating with suppliers & following them up during execution phase
- Coordination with other trades (all MEP works).
- Perform the elect. Load study
- Designing HV/MV panels, Switchgears, main distribution
panels and MCC
- Sizing of power transformers, emergency power supply, power cables
- Composing technical specifications and submittals
- Following execution works
- Infrastructure design.
- Low current systems design
