General scope of work:
• Structure design drawings, SPEC and BOQ review. Preparation of R.F.Is (request for information) for any missing data or contradictions.
• Planning for Submittal of Shop drawings, and updating the plan according to the Site Priorities when necessary.
• Coordinating with other majors, such as Architecture, Façade, Interior decoration, MEP, for the technical information clarification and delivery.
• Managing subcontractors，including the shop drawing subcontractor, specialists (PT slab, steel bridge, and steel roof), etc.:
1. Assisting the design and the commercial department to prepare contracts with subcontractors.
2. Delivering/Receiving the necessary technical information (structure part), such as data sheets and drawings, to/from the subcontractors.
3. Supervision of the Subcontractors’ work performance: schedule, shop drawing quality, etc.
• Shop drawings Review before submission (including organization of the check by other related departments), to guarantee the approval of shop drawings.
• Clarification with the consultant DAR, and pushing the approval of shop drawings: attending meetings, preparing and distribution of the minutes when necessary.
• Recording of engineering drawing changes (if any), and the organization of related files.
• Other necessary assistance to the design department, for getting the approval of the structure shop drawings.

•Planning for Submittals of Reviewing Shop drawings.
•Organize, coordinate technical documents.
