Achievement: JCI extension survey for hemodialysis unit on 3rd March 2019.

Major Achievements:
1- Mouwasat Hospital - Al Madina Al Munawara ranked 15th kingdom-wise in 2018 according to CBAHI Essential Safety Requirement compliance program.
2- Mouwasat Hospital - Al Qatif:
Led the whole cycle for JCI survey reaccreditation according to 6th edition in October 2017. The hospital report has only three not met measurable elements.
Task force facilitator for Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) 6th stage accreditation in June 2017.
Task force facilitator for patient complaint automation project in January 2018.
3- Mouwasat Hospital Riyadh:
American College of Radiology Accreditation, CT unit in May 2017.
Counterpart CBAHI survey in Mouwasat Hospital Medina reaccreditation in March 2017.
JCI accreditation 5th edition in December 2015.
Developing patient experience strategies
A. Supervises day-to-day QM/PS activities hospital-wide.
B. Supervises quality assessment and continuous quality improvement process.
C. Reviews official data collected pertinent to specific medical quality projects.
D. Formulates/revises data collections tools.
E. Develops systems for processing, analyzing and reporting QI studies.
F. Evaluates the effectiveness of problem identification/solving process.
G. Provide expertise and technical assistance to all departments and committees in meeting their QI objectives.
H. Reviews hospital-wide QI plan.
I. Promotes the hospital-wide QI plan among the staff through continuous quality education.
J. Chairs the QM/PS committee.
K. Prepares Agenda for the QM committee meetings.
L. Reviews the annual function reports of all hospital standing committees.
M. Promotes team building among staff and supervises team performance.
N. Submits quarterly reports to the higher management about the QI activities hospital-wide.
O. Develops quality education and training programs for the hospital staff.
P. Communicates with other QI/QM departments, circles and societies in the area.
