Brief Description:
The project consists of 14 buildings ( civil defence, medical center, ministry of labour branch, regional passport, presidency of the promotion of the virtue, police center , traffic building, masjed, ETC .)
With total ground floor building 21, 770 m2 and total buildings area 52, 043 m2, with barking basement 7000 m2
And external work landscaping 56418 m2 area
Duties :-
1- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
2- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers
3- supervise construction sites and direct site engineers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained
4- coordinate between subcontracts (CIVIL & MEP & ARCH)
5- control payment to subcontractors by valuation of completed works
6- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
7- Consult with architects, engineers and other technical workers to make sure that design intentions are met.

Brief Description:
The project consists of 6 building
1- Shopping mall consists of 2 stories each area 2450 m2
2- Recreation building consists of 2 stories each area 1870 m2
3- Masjed consists of 2 stories each area 1340 m2
4- Administration bulding consists of 2 stories each area 460 m2
5- Clinic building consists of 2 stories each area 950 m2
6- Kindergarten only ground floor with area 850 m2
Duties :-
• coordinate the supply of labour and materials
• plan construction methods and procedures
• interpret plans and estimate quantities of materials needed
• supervise construction sites and direct site engineers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained

The project consist of 32 Villas two floors with 220 building area, total area for each piece 450 m2, with ancillary building such as driver room, Parking, septic tank and boundary wall

The project consist of 200 Villas two floors on mountain 180 m high the area of one floor was 200 m2, hotel at level 190 including 200 room (5 stars ) Restaurants , old town on mountain 220 m high, first telepherage in Egypt with 1000 m long, also we are responsible of all external land escape and golf area .
Duties
1- Preparing details shop drawings (Conc. Dim.-Rft.)
2- Coordinating with consultant and owner.
3- Preparing progress reports for the owner.
4- Preparing sub-contractors agreements, invoices.
5- Quantity surveying and Quantity insurance.
Construction of single story building, with ancillary buildings and external works, total floor area 2691 m2 which includes covered valley ball court, gymnasium room, library, coffe shop, kitchen, changing room .the associated external works comprises asphalt road, swimming pool, parking, soft landscaping .ancillary building such as substation, guard room, labour accommodation, septic tank
