- Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
- Producing and processing financial measurements.

- Preparing enquiry and order documents.

Project: Greek Orthodox Patriarchate Alexandria
-Description: Repair of the old buildings & build a new extension.

Duties:

- site inspections for civil works which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for constructions .
- Identify options and recommend solutions to resolve technical issues
- Providing comment on design calculations and drawings
- Assist with engineering designs and liaise on technical approvals

Duties:
- Supervision / Execution, checking and assuring that the construction are as per the final issued for construction drawings and project specifications.

- Coordination with subcontractors for the smooth flow of work.
- Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
- Preparations of running account bills.
- BOQ preparations of civil works.
