- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practice

-Alignwith management and section heads to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
-Preparethe annual manpower plan with departments managers.
-Developsand maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
-Overseefull cycle recruiting to include; posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening/testing, scheduling interview, hiring.
-Developsand updating organization charts.
-Assistin organizational development initiatives and HR projects
-Attendjob fairs, conferences and events to build relationships, employer branding, and develop understanding of the employment market.
-Prepareall the required reports for top management.
-Developsand modify HR policies, forms and procedure.
-Overseemedical insurance, social insurance, employee's files and employee's database.
-Conductingexit interviews and investigations.
-Overseefull cycle of resignation & the leaving employees.
-Overseeand lead cycle of car loan policy.
-Counselingstaff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
-Overseeperformance evaluation cycle
-Reportto finance team the monthly-required reports (Headcount, newcomers, resignations, overtime and deductions…etc.).
-OverseeRenewing the annual contract with the medical insurance company and looking for better offers from other companies.

-Responsible of all recruitment process job post, Screening CV's, interviews schedule
-Interview candidates to make a short list.
-Keep records for applying, accepted, on hold and rejected candidates.
-Create CVs data bank
-Monthly report for line managers with new comers and leavers. B- personnel part: -
-Follow-up attendance, leave, penalties.
-Responsible for all documents, files and updating of records.
-Maintain and update employees database and employees files.
