Project: Diyar Al-Ahsa Housing building 2, 974 villas at a cost of 1.6 billion riyals, part of the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Housing projects.
Responsibilities: -
* Managing the entire civil team.
* Review, and coordinate construction operations to ensure compliance with design
drawings, specifications, and any related standards.
* Lead and coordinate construction and planning of the precast concrete construction
activities such as on-site/off-site casting of precast members.
* Prepares and reviews engineering studies, design drawings, and equipment’s
specifications.
* Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure compliance with design drawings,
specifications and any related standards.
* day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor
force and the work of any subcontractors
* Ensure that all construction activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per
shop drawings, method statements, specifications, HSE, and time schedules.
* Approve the technical submittals and respond RFI’s according to the contract during
period.
* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
* Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
* Preparing reports as required.

• Mansard Hotel & Residences) five stars),
Riyadh- 500 million SAR.
• National society of human rights tower, Riyadh-
50 million SAR.
• Al Maha compound, Riyadh- 50 million SAR.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for coordination, the performance of the construction inspections, and testing services for the project.
* Ensure that all construction activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specifications, HSE, and time schedules.
* Prepares and reviews projects’ drawings and documents.
* Review Structural design and redesign if necessary.
* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
* Reporting, following, and assuring proper closure of the Contractor’s Nonconformances of all the project activities.
* Reviewing the PQP for all subcontractors and main suppliers and confirming that all statement of PQPs is implemented and activated through the project progress.
* Review contractor invoices and change order
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
* Prepares and reviews a project time schedule linked with the manpower
Project: Madinaty
Responsibilities:
* Working as a site engineer in the construction of 6 Residential buildings from foundation to last floor
* Building finishing items(Indoor & Outdoor).
* Prepares project drawings and documents.
* Prepares subcontractor's invoices.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports
