• Have Installed more than 50s HOP of NEC including Paso link V-4, Pasolink +, Pasolink Neo and IPasolink
• Have installed All types of microwave links like PDH (1+0, 1+1), SDH (STM-1(1+0, 1+1), XPIC (1+0, 1+1), Space diversity, Frequency diversity, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting techniques and adequate knowledge of IDUs Alarms.

Mobily account (Motorola)
►Responsibility
• Drive Test using TEMS Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular Motorola sites in a region and accordingly changing the tilts and orientation of the GSM Antenna to improve the coverage area.
•Conducting drives for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements.
•Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing H.O.).
•Identifying different network problems like drop calls, Blocked calls, handover failures, etc.
•Identified Causes of R.F. Interference.
•Identified causes of poor coverage and made recommendations about orientation changes, electrical tilts changes, antenna heights, etc.
•Observing the particular cell parameters such as Rx-level, Rx-quality, C/I, C/A, SQI, HSN, MAIO, BER, FER, etc.
•Perform and Analyze drive test and generate reports with recommendations and actions.
•Can work on Map Info & Google Earth for day-to-day physical & geographical updating.
•Doing GPRS Drive Test also checking speed up link and down link frequencies.
•Have done various tests in 3G including HSDPA test, P.S. call test, voice & video calls test, T.V. Streaming, Internet Testing.
•Coordination with the OMC and BSS Team about site status and WAP implementation.
•Can find the existing partial or complete cross feeder & can give suggestions to the installation team for eliminating cross feeder.
•Optimization of Site such as Height of Antenna, Tilt & Orientation of Network.

Responsibility
• Responsible for computer maintenance center.
• Installing IP systems at many government offices.
