1- Handling ITC (Internal Tender Comitee ) Secretary Tasks , The ITC Comitee is responsible to Review & Approve Tender Strategies (for Tenders above 100K), Single Source / Direct Award (for Value 25k to 100K), Technical Bids Evaluation, Commercial Bids Evaluation, Cancellation or Re-issuing of ongoing Tenders, change orders / amendments, Contractors Performance, the Task of ITC Secretary is as follows :
- Review the Documents before Presenting to ITC
-Prepare the Meeting Agenda
-Presentation of Documents to Comitee
-Highlight Areas of Concerns to Comitee
-Part of Comitee Decision (as a member of Comitee)

2- Handling Senior Procurement Officer Tasks as bellow :
- Prepare Tender Documents (the Invitation to Tender Package)
-Key Contact for Bidder's Clarification during Tender Stage
-Ensure Handling of Bids as per Documents Handling Procedures
-Co-ordinate with End User (Contract Owner) during Technical Bid Evaluation
-Execute Commercial Bids Evaluation
-Prepare & Execute Purchase Orders & Agreements
-Ensure all Previous is as per Company Procedures

-Weekly, Monthly & Daily Progress Report
-Prepare & Update Projects Schedules
-Prepare Cost Control Reports (in Co-operation with Accounts Team)
-Supervise Document Control Team
-Supervise / Co-ordinate Communications between Engineering Team (Design Office) & Field Construction Team

- Construction of Jubail Chevron Philips Ethylene / Ethyl Benzene Plant at Jubail
- Khafji Field Development Plant

* Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports
* Assist the Senior Planning Engineer in Preparing Project Schedules

Projects : Construction of Gas Boaster Station BS-131 at North Kuwait & Interconnecting Lines with Gathering Centers
