• Responsible for the compliance of HR procedures with the company procedures, labor law and all applicable rules and best practice
• Define, update and adapt the HR procedures whenever necessary
• Establish & implement strong HR service practices in order to meet the needs of the employees.
• Handle employee concerns & grievances and take appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance to code of conduct.
• Manages the legislative processes with the legal entities
• In charge of the Recruitment of Staff, screening CVs, interviewing, short-listing, negotiating & offering.
• Responsible for meeting the manpower needs of the business unit right from manpower planning to ensure that the needs are fulfilled effectively
• Responsible for the payroll and its reliability
• Conducts all salary reviews and all compensation processes
• In charge of the yearly negotiation of life and medical insurances plan
• Managing the HR team to ensure the full respect of the said procedures
• Develop the HR team
• Lead, guide & coach the team members in order to help them achieve the objectives
• Performance Management: Lead & Drive the periodic performance management process right from facilitating the cascading of the organizational objectives
• Develops and implements human resources policies and procedures to meet organizational needs.
• Provides guidelines and administers HR activities such as recruitment, interviewing and selection, benefit plans, training, employee relations, resolves problems, and makes recommendations to senior management.
• Represents management in negotiating collective bargaining agreements related to HR activities & Benefits.
• Conducts regularly meetings with human resources/personnel staff as needed, to exchange information and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.
• Prepares job Offers, Job Descriptions & salary and grading structures.
• Studies & recommends salary adjustments for personnel cases.
• Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding interpretation of the policies and procedures, and updates policies as needed.
• Conducts studies on benefit plans & allowances i.e. pension plans, life insurance, transport allowance, etc. and recommends to management.
• Administers benefit plans in line with agreed upon policies.
• Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews.
• Recommends & coordinates training requirements based on the training need analysis TNA
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Advises management on Labor Law issues related to employee cases, and coordinates with Legal Affairs.
- Review payroll operation to ensure it is aligned with department SOPs and country laws and regulations.
- Review and ensure smooth insurance and labor office operations to maintain company's rights.
- Ensure providing all employees at different branches with high level of medical insurance service with best quality to ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure filling all vacant position through following effective recruitment process to ensure hiring best calibers.
- Review resignation and exit interview reports to identify the reasons to be avoided later on.
- Ensure orientation program is used for all newly employees to facilitate their work.
- Review all transfers and promotions within the area.
- Ensure effective implementation of training and OD practices at all branches.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to direct managers.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
- People Management Responsibilities:
- Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring:
- Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets.
- Employees receive appropriate coaching, learning& development.
- Appropriate staffing of the department to ensure workload balance and high productivity.
- Appropriate compensation and rewards, motivates and recognizes top performance based on actual performance and compliance with the company business conduct standards.
- Maintains two-ways communication.
