WORKING EXPERIENCE
Position: Repairing & Maintenance Engineer + Assistant Chief Engineer
Period : 05th May 2012 till now
Working at Swissotel Makkah (5 Star International Chain Hotel 1548 rooms)

 Reporting directly to the Executive Chief Engineer
 Responsible for all repair and maintenance of routine operations under entire property of Swissotel Makkah
 Responsibility of managing and controlling work activities and workshops (Electrical. AC, Electronic, Carpenter, Paint and Welding).
 Assisting to Chief Engineer work load and acting as assistance chief engineer.
 Attending morning HOD briefing in the absence of chief engineer.
 Fully conversant with trouble shooting of engineering equipment, control panels and electrical control panel system
 Handling independently all areas such as Kitchen equipment , Laundry equipment steam boilers control panels and operating systems
 Able to analyze mechanical problems and offer suitable solutions
 Capable of handling plumbing and construction works and projects
 Able to analyze water treatment and RO Plant operation and providing treatment solution.
 Prepare and execute the Preventive Maintenance system and observe effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program.

 Preparing monthly reports R&M section and departmental report for forwarding concern section.
 Successfully managing a team of 63 skilled engineering staff.



Pre-Opening Action
During pre-opening period in 2012 liaising with the contractors on the installation of all engineering equipment’s
I was followed all Construction & Maintenance work on a day to day operation as well.
working of Electro-Mechanical Section with Saudi Binladen Group Consultants team for Swissotel facilities. My achievement (listed below) as a team member impproment and changes that the contractor ( Saudi Binladan Group) need to introduce to ensure they are effectively for snag finalizing
Developed and maintained excellent working relationship with Swissotel management team's advantage.
Managed to introduce pro-active ideas and suggestions to SBG contractors 'staff and Swissotel staff by developing a strict and healthy working report with them As a team member I hard worker & giving support an act as a assistant of Execute Chief Engineer. as following day to day operation with under preture repearing & maintenance works with Well Communication troubleshooting for find out good solutions with Execute Chief Engineer.
The systems I followed snag and inspected in swissotel makkah as follows: HVAC system , Plumbing and Sewage system, Firefighting System, Elevator and Escalator systems, B.T access card digital control system & Typical floor electro mechanical system under the Snag followed to finalizing one by one take over from SBG from starting to until now. I am working as a Assistant Chief Engineer .to build the Swissotel engineering family with all the team members.

Special Assignments
 During pre-opening also functioned as the Acting Chief Engineer during the vacation of the Chief Engineer.
 Conducted interviews for prospective engineering candidates for various positions in engineering
