My job profile includes managing and supporting the HRIS application and its supporting applications including installations to the Middle East Area and its users spanning across 14 countries. The system consisting of Personnel management, Payroll, work flow, performance evaluation, training, budgeting and recruitment modules
Responsibilities
- Ensure HRIS is aligned to the business goals and objective which could be used as a tool to measure performances towards business strategies.
- Ensure system availability at all times and any issues are resolved and request are met in a timely manner.
- Provide technical, application and policy support as well as awareness to all middle east users.
- Undertake implementations and deployments of updates to enhance system capabilities
- Ensure the system is secured and information is managed discretely and confidentially.
- Ensure quality and consistency of personnel data, controls, system and process.

Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting of new clients for the company’s products by making cold calls, sales visits, give live product presentations and other sales and marketing techniques.
- Manage the profitability of the solution by negotiating with clients.
- Frame corporate documents including corporate profile, product brochures, AMC documents and templates for quotations.

Job Responsibility
- Direct the activities of service providers and contractors engaged in computer operations.
- Assist the Dir. of Finance in planning and execution of IT budgets, projects and implementation.
- Plan policies and procedures for carrying out computer operations.
- Forecast future implementations and solutions with successful analysis of business needs.
- Meet regularly with supervisors and departmental heads to discuss the challengers that can be resolved technologically and also determine quality of service and identify needs.
- Execute daily operations of backups, security checks and logs to ensure a healthy system.
- Maintain inventory, maintenance costs, project status records and produced reports for Dir. of Finance and Dir. of International information technology.
- Evaluate new software and hardware to determine compatibility with existing software and hardware.
- Evaluate proposed system upgrade projects to assess adequacy of existing hardware and recommended purchase of equipment.
- Develop budget and monitor expenditures.
- Responsible for managing, maintaining and fine tuning Dbase, Oracle and Access databases.
- Provide end user training on new implementations, upgrades and conduct IT orientation for new employees.
This post graduate diploma leads to the MSc in Strategic business informatin technology from the University of Portsmouth UK
