Employee Personnel & Relations:
In-charge of All Employees Personnel.
Monitor & Track all Employee Personnel activities related to Arabic affairs and government sectors regarding renewal of residence permit, renewal of Health card and issuance of new visa, Exit Permit, Return Permit, Driving License application, Renewal, CR Renewal and Etc Etc(Immigration related work)
All Arabic Correspondence and Letter for All Government Authorities & Translations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in H H The Emir Private Affairs Office and Lusail Hospitality & services complying with Qatar Labor Law.
Develop and implement performance management system / process (appraisal system and compensation process).
Prepare annual leave calendar for all Departments based on company policy.
Establish and implement compensation benefit structure, promotion and rewards.
Maintain and review the salaries status based on grading system on annual basis keeping in view market compensation rate.
Manage salary administration programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
Formulate All Memo’s, Circulars and implement HR strategy.
Responsible for preparation of annual Budget for HR department.
Prepare annual training calendar
Follow-up Probation Period evaluation report for all department employees & prepare probation confirmation letters
Develop and maintain organization and department wise structure.
Advise management in personnel policy and program matters, or recommending appropriate decisions.
Initiate and manage strategic initiatives designed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function - people risk, retention strategy, succession planning.
Monitoring daily attendances
Enhance employee relationship through recreational activities and take necessary action against employee as per disciplinary code in case noncompliance of company regulation.
Motivate, train and manage the HR team and staff in general to ensure intellectual capacity is optimized and business efficiency is ensured.
Ensure employee welfare and employee relationship management.
Serves as an employee advocate and advisor to management on personnel policy and program matters, making appropriate recommendations to management.
Effectively manage the talent management process, including talent acquisition, evaluation, development, deployment and retention
Prepare All HR Forms
Prepare Experience certificates, employment certificates, salary certificates, warning letters, termination letters, Disciplinary actions and IVR s etc.
Monitoring All Employee Personal Files and Documents
Taking necessary action as per company policy for retention of employees and minimizing the employee turnover of the company
Ensure compliance with Qatar HR / Labor regulations
Recruitment & Manpower Planning :
Responsible for total Recruitment
Recruitment & Training and Manpower planning
Negotiating and finalizing the recruitment agreement with manpower agencies.
Preparation of multiple report in order to analyze the performance of HR departments and forward to top management for their review.
Coordinate with all section in order to improve the efficiency in manpower planning
Organize All kind of interviews and Hiring as per the manpower requirements
