* Successfully managed the implementation of a Pharma Track and Trace solution for Dubai to meet Bahrain’s regulatory
requirement. This project included vendor selection, coordination and solution design.
*Designed and developed the warehousing billing modules as part of the billing enhancement project.
• Leading and managing the Dubai local team through daily operations, process improvement projects and client integrations.
• IT Project Manager for client systems integration projects (~36 projects) from requirements gathering and design to testing and go-live.

• Successfully managed the WMS upgrade project (from EXceed WMS to Infor SCE) for 4 sites.

• Working with software vendors during the design, testing and implementation of WMS enhancements.
• Dedicated IT-WMS personnel for one of the major on-site automotive clients, Mitsubishi FUSO. Was able to significantly improve their warehouse operations' performance through the implementation of automated processes and optimization of WMS.
• Lead application reports developer and operational support.
The curriculum consisted of Marketing, Finance and Operations. It also touched on micro and macro Economics. My final project was an Applied Business Research project on - Optimization and Process Improvement in the Warehousing Operations of Client XYZ - (name changed for confidentiality reasons).
