• Communicating with internal users, cafés and retail stores users to determine the nature of problems and helping them with troubleshooting any IT issues.
• Responding to breakdowns and providing on-call support to all cafes, boutiques, branch offices as well as satellite warehouses everyday assuring a reliable network operation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any hardware faults, ERP/CRM application issues, local area or site-to-site network issues, email issues, storage issues, etc.
