 Assisting the Project Managers for preparing the request for the quotations (RFQ).
 Carrying out site surveys.
 Review and approve project Client invoices.
 Actively managing project contracts, Quality and Standards to ensure projects are delivered within Time & budget.
 Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/Engineering and management project issues.
 Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
 Preparing high-quality written reports and presentations for management.
 Monitor project progress and also Analyses the project experiences.
 Reporting to the Project Manager on every stage of the Projects.
 Reviewing the changes affecting scope, timing, cost, and/or quality.
 Document project progress.
 Contributing to team and organizational work.
 Managing resources, including budgets, physical resources and staff.
 Managing and coordinating all aspects of designated engagement in the projects.
 Managing Quality and Standard assurance.
 Proactively coordinating projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team including client, facilitators, director, and project Managers.
