Answers incoming telephone calls from

Catalogs found items into database.
Accurately places cataloged items in the proper
location.
Accurately matches found items against claims.
Answers incoming emails regarding lost items.
Makes outgoing calls to customers.
Search for the lost item as per the description
given by the customer through the system
Provided by the LPMS (Lost Property Management
System)
Receive the Lost and the Left items from
stakeholders and police Security Points
and from the Airlines staff
Dispatching the lost items to their rightful owners
pick up phone and answer on customer to help them about any information they need and solve them problem
