1.Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, and monitors progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identifies and documents changes in scope.
2.Coordinates the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project with other Project Engineers. Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the company.
3.Assists the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study. Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project.
4.Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Project Manager.
5.Prepares technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management.
6.Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines. 7.Carry out project management activities for effective project design and advice on technical issues at project planning stage for infrastructure development.
8.Performs site visits and checking the field conflicts between the various systems that had to be resolved.
9.Generates Project's reports & advice on course of action to contractor’s RFIs for issues related to Electrical Systems variations & claims.
10.Updates of Project's Progress, Spot Lights & reports to Project Director clearly showing the Performance % complete, Schedule % complete & Remaining duration etc.
